DAILY PRECEPTS DEVOTIONAL STUDY
Topic: FIGHTING PROPHETIC WARFARE
Bible Reading: Deuteronomy 2:24,31-32, 1 Timothy 1:18.
I want to pray for every of my readers DAILY PRECEPTS and all Nigerian that God almighty shall protect you from danger and keep you safe, till we see a new prosperous Nigeria we desire to see in Jesus name.
It is important in time like this in our nation to remember words of promises and prophecies that God has given to you as a person, and that God has given to our nation which you are looking towards the fulfillment of it. Many times after receiving promises and prophecies from God, our expectations are very high, but after a while, the experiences of many seems to be different from the promises they have received. Then, they begin to have doubts whether they truly heard God, or not. Some feels they hear God but He has failed to fulfill what He says to them.
But that is not true, God has never failed in fulfilling He is not going to start with you.
But what happened is that, anytime you have a word of prophecy or promise from God, the Devil will always reacts. In fact your prophecy from God, is an invitation to war with the Devil. But God is all out to proof himself true to you by fulfilling his promises to you, and Satan also goes all out to proof to you and others that God is a lier, by making sure that the promises He gave you does not come to pass. And either of the forces you supported will dominate your life and prevail, either the force from God or Devil. But in Deuteronomy chapter 2 verse 24,31, God said to the children of Israel that He has given them the Land of Shion, the king and people there, they should arise and take it as their God's given inheritance, after God made this declaration, in verse 32 the bible says "then Shion came out against us, ......and fight." That is why you can't have prophecy from God and sit by, just expecting the prophecy will be fulfilled on its own, no, it doesn't work that way; you have a role to play in making your prophecy a reality, because the Devil will wage war against your prophecy and you should be determined to fight back and give it what it takes to make sure that your prophecies are fufillied.
That was why Apostle Paul charged Timothy to use the prophecy spoken over him as a weapon to fight a good warfare. You too should fight the good warfare with your prophecies and the prophecies over our nation, take those prophecies to God in prayer and boldly declare against the enemy, and then you will see them manifesting in your life. God is not a lier, God is true forever and ever amen. Whatever he has promised he will surely bring it to pass.
Prayer Point: Pray that God will teach your hands to fight, and gives you strength to fight, until your prophecies and promises are all fulfilled in your life in Jesus name.
