One of the greatest part of the life of a child of God for living is the heart. Jesus said good things can come out of it and bad things can come out of it also. This will depend on the materials you open your heart to. Solomon said you're exactly how and what you think, you can't be greater or smaller than your thinking. The size of your life is the size of your heart and the quality of your life is the quality of your heart.
Jesus must die to save humanities from devil's bondage of sin, and one of the disciples of Jesus must betray him. So Satan looked for who to use, then put the strange thoughts in the heart of Judas Iscariot to betray Jesus. That means the thought that came to Judas that time, did not come to his heart ordinarily, it was devil that incited him to think like he did.
The question now is, why was it that it was Judas out of all disciples that Satan used? To answer that question, we need to check the things Judas was doing or not doing that opened up his heart to the Devil? When he followed Jesus you have seen several times what Jesus referred to in the attitude of Judas to money. One time Jesus made a comment and the scripture says he said that because he knew Judas has been stealing from the pause. These are the tendencies that opened his heart to Satan for pervertion.So Satan put it in his heart to betray Jesus and collect money, he agreed for money sake, and the result was not palatable at all.
I come to admonish you today, to take responsibility of protecting your heart against Satanic invasion. Before anything manifest in your life, it would been in your heart since. Be it good things like holiness, purity, prosperity, blessings, favour, progress etc; and if it is negative things like sin, iniquity, poverty, sickness, depression etc. All of them are products of a man's heart, but your heart will produce in line with the materials you supply to it. That is why I bring it to you today to take care of your heart, lest Satan takes it over as he did for Judas. Whatch what see, hear and read, they become what you think, becareful of what you think, they become what you do, guide what you do, they become who you are. May you continue to enjoy the positive results of life in Jesus name.
