THE PRECEPTS - Topic: THE WORD WORKS.
Bible Reading: Psalm 1:1-3, Joshua 1:8.
Many time it looks like the word of God is not producing result, but the word always work and do produces result, so far we can take responsibility to work it daily. You can never blame your car for not working when you refuse to fuel it, or you don't take responsibility of driving it. No matter how good your car is, you cannot just enter and seat at the owners Conner expecting that the car will move on its own. You must turn the ignition on, and change gear to direct it to where you aim to go, even if it's self driving car you will still take responsibility of somethings before the car could drive itself for you. So also is the word of God, you must know what to do with God's word for it to produce result in your life. According to the scriptures quoted above, you must do these with God's word. One, meditate, ruminate over it, think of it over and over day and night that is every time. Two, it must be in your mouth, confess it to your life and your situations everytime. Never complain about your problems rather declare the word of God to it, it is what you say you will see. Three, observe to do all that is written in it, practice the word, be guided by the word of God, let your steps, decisions and actions be word base. Then when you do all these you will have good success and make your way prosperous. What you do will then produce result and nothing fail in your hand any more.
Prayer Point: May you receive grace to take responsibility for the working of the word of God in your life on daily basis.
