Topic: YOUR PAST CAN'T CANCELLED YOUR FUTURE.
Bible Reading: Mark 16:8, Hebrew 8:10-13.
“Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.”
Imagine what a glorious and incomparable gift of God to men, especially like we see it manifesting here in the story of Mary Magdalene who was given the opportunity of seen Jesus first after his fresh new birth as the first born among the dead. I think if Jesus would ever appeared to anyone it should have been the most holy person on earth as at then, or you too can think of what kind of people you would have suggested for Jesus to appear to first. But God never judge a man by your past, no matter who you have been and whatever you have done in the past, it has no power to cancel your future. After resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, the first person he revealed himself to among the mortal man, was a lady out of whom he has casted out seven Devils. What a merciful great God who never judge men by whom the were but who they have become. God was to start a new covenant with man kind, and has to go and pick a man called Abraham from pagan origin. It is important for everyone to see themselves the way God sees them, if you have given your life to Jesus and get committed to him as Mary Magdalene did, who really fell in love with Jesus to follow him and worshipped him, then, his blood washed away your sins when you repent of it, and you become a new person in Christ. 2 Cor.5:17. Don’t allow Satan to bring you under condemnations and through that stopped your great future. There very many people who are suffering under a major attack of the Devil now because they allow the Devil to condemn them based on what they have done in the past. But today am to challenge you to free yourself from the condemnation of your past, now that Jesus has taken over your life, celebrate your justification in Christ by his blood, and take by faith the glorious things that God has in store for your destiny. You're a new person in Christ, Hallelujah.
Pray Point: In the name of Jesus I bind the spirit of the accuser, I am free from condemnations by the blood of Jesus Christ and I have justification. I take everything that belongs to me in life and destiny in Jesus name.
