Topic: THE GOOD FOR THE GOOD
Bible Reading: Romans 11:11- 12
Many times when something bad happen, we say that happened because God want to make something good to happen. For example, if you have to travel to a place so important to you, but while you are preparing, you lost your transport fare or the vehicle got spoilt, we might immediately say, may be that happen because there might be an accident on the way and one can be injured or die in the process. What a wonderful kind of thought we tends to have. What a level of trust to God we have demonstrated with this faith. We believe God always bring the good out of the bads. True to it, God in his rich mercies to us always do that, that when the devil planed to frustrate us God moves in and turns things to our good. The scripture says, all things work together for good. That is God's mercy. But if we built all our theology on this alone the Devil will keep cheating us all, and we will keep ascribing our loose to God. But the other side of God we are yet to concentrate on, is God's love to us. That God in his love, can save you from going on a journey shouldn't go, without you loosing your money or get your car spoilt, as I explain in the sample I raised above, in our study today. God so much love us that, and that is how He desire our live to be. You don't have to break your leg before you know God does not want you to go on a journey. If He can help to save you from accident on a wrong journey, by you loosing your money, how much more will He help you, when you have your money with you. Paul said, if by rejection of Israel Gentiles were saved, how much blessing will it bring to the Gentiles and Israelites, if Israel were saved. Think of it, if God has to use the bad to bring out the good experiences for you, how much better will it be, when He uses the good things to bring out the good or even better experiences for us.
