Topic - IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD
Bible Reading - John 1:1-3, Hebrew 11:3
The key word to be considered here is "BEGINNING". And according to the dictionary, Beginning means - The event consisting the start of something. (2). Commencement, Starting time, Get-go, Kick-off, First, Set-out, Offset the time at which something suppose to begin. (3) Origin, Source, Root, the place where something spring out from.
Now considering these definitions one will realized that John shows us that before anything was the word. It also means the event that took place before anything else was the word. It also means the source of everything else is the word. That was God's process of creation, and if you are His child, you can do it in another way than that. Therefore, the source of your life, business, marriage, academics, finances etc must be the word. Anything that does not has the word as it's source will soon crumble because it has no root. Because His word is settled forever, and whatever the word produces must be forever.
Therefore, am to ask you what word from God are you holding unto, in that business , marriage, career, ministry etc which you are doing or you want to do. The first thing to look out for, is not money, not office, not people, but ONE WORD FROM GOD. Go for that which God is saying or has said concerning that which you are to do, and you are believing God for and it will prosper in your hand. Begin your day each day with a word from God, and one word from heaven will change your life forever.
Prayer Point: Pray that God will open your hear to receive that word that you need for a turn around in your life.
