Topic: DEVIL'S TARGET IN YOU.
Bible Reading: Mark 5:1-20, Luke 1:74-75.
Men wondered when they face challenges of life, sometimes the problem is spiritual, at times it might be financial, marital, career or health, and we begin to think what exactly is the problem that makes me face all these challenges?
One will wonder what is the Devil looking for in the life of the man known as the madman of Gadarenes that makes thousands of demons to use his life has their habitation. The same thing that he is looking for in the life of many, Devil is not just looking for your health, neither is he looking for your finances, nor any other trouble that you face. What makes him attack your health, finance, marriage, career, business, is because of one thing, it is your purpose in life.
The reason for the Devil's attack against the life of the madman of Gadarenes is the purpose of God in the life of the man. That was why Jesus took all upon himself to come to Gadarenes to deliver and liberate that man from those demons so that he can fulfill his God's given purpose on the earth. After the deliverance of the man, he begged Jesus to allow him to follow, but Jesus refused the man's request, and told the man to go back home to his friends, relatives and citizens what the Lord has done for him, and the man with this good news became an Evangelist and with the gospel of Jesus he was able to cover ten cities in Decapolis.
The same is your life, that the reason why the Devil target you with all those problems is because of your destiny and purpose are too precious. Therefore, you need to fight for your destiny and purpose from God. Many times a lot of people are just mindful of solving their problems, without even understanding what the Devil is attacking in their lives, which they have to protect. When men are mindful of solving their problems, God is mindful of you fulfilling your purpose on the earth.
When what matters to God begins to matter to you, then you are ready to come out of your problems. Because God want to liberate you from your problems so that you can fulfill your God's given purpose. May the Lord helps you that what matters to Him matters to you.
Prayer Point: Pray that God will open your eyes to your purpose and destiny on the earth, so that as you come out of your problems you can enter into your God's given purpose in Jesus name.
