Topic: DIVINE ADVERTISEMENT
Bible Reading: Ephesian 1:17-20.
The scripture said in vs 19,
"And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power."
Let's see it from The Passion Translation
"I pray that you will continually experience the immeasurable greatness of God's power made available to you through faith. THEN YOUR LIVES WILL BE AN ADVERTISEMENT OF THIS IMMENSE POWER AS IT WORKS THROUGH YOU! .........."
This is one of the ultimate of God's plan in our lives as delivers, that our lives in general will advertise God's power. That is why no matter the challenge you are going through in life, God will use it to demonstrate His power, so that your life can advertised the power of God. In John 9:1-3, disciples of Jesu saw a man born blind, and they asked, master who sinned that God is punishing that resulted in this man been born blind, but Jesus said, it is not as a result of sin, but that the work of God might be made manifest on him. And after the miraculous healing of this man the whole city new that someone Called Jesus is in town with God's power and whoever desire to experience it can get to him.
The same thing God wants to do in our lives, that our spiritual life, financial life, marital life, career life, academic life, etc will advertise the power of God. What it can do? How it will do it? Where you can get it? The power of God that lifted Joseph from prison to palace, advertised to us that God's power can change a man's life in 24hrs. God's power through Moses that divided the sea, advertised to us that God can make a way where there is none. There are more other things that God want to use your life to advertise, may you cooperate with God in your life to allow his power to be at work in you.
If your life as a child of God does not advertise that your God is powerful, then soul winning will be tough to do, and many will have to look for alternative power from the devil. May all areas of your advertise the immeasurable power of God.
Prayer Point: Pray that anything that will not allow God's power to work in your life God will get rid of it. And pray that God's power will be at work in you in everything, so your life can advertise God's power.
