Bible Reading: 1 Timothy 2:1-4, John 8:30-32.
Many believers got saved and that becomes the end of their experience with God, and that has affected the life they live. Though, born again but they are still struggling with sin, and their experiences in life are far away from a victorious and successful.
Paul told Timothy in verse 4, what God wants everyone to do, first; He wants all to be saved, two; he wants all to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Many people were saved but they never aspire to move from salvation, they have spent years in church, serving in churches they are, yet, not growing spiritually, and things are not going well for them both spiritually and physically. It is not just enough to be saved, though, that is important to our lives, yet, that is not the end but the beginning of a new life.
After salvation, God wants all of us to come to the knowledge of the truth. And how much of the truth of God you know, will determine how much of God you will enjoy in life. Jesus in John 8:30-32, said to the Jews who believed in him, that means they were born again, he said to them from now on you must take responsibility for your faith by continue in my word, by doing that you shall know the truth, and the truth you know will determine the freedom you will enjoy.
I charge you therefore in the name of the Lord, that you should take responsibility for your life in God, so that you can make your experiences in life better, all it takes is that you have to come up in the knowledge of the truth of God, and that will change everything in your life. It will give you life of peace, blessing, victory, holiness, and success. Listen to God's word, study it like the honorable Christians of Berea, and act on it like the impotent man who was healed in Lystra, and your whole life will become better, by the truth you know.
Prayer Point: Pray that God will give you grace to press for more of God for your life.
