Bible Reading: Psalm 67:5-8, Habakkuk 3: 17-19.
Many times believers find it difficult to give unto God the quality praise and worship He deserves, because they don’t know why. They see things from the natural side and say to themselves; I don’t have any reason to sing. Not knowing that one of the master key that turns negative things around to positive, that turn test to testimonies, and turn miserable experiences to miracles, is the power of praise. David said in his Psalm chapter 67, verses 5-6.
“Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.”
Did you see the process of fruitfulness discovered by David here? He said let the people praise you, and has they praise God, then, the earth shall yield her increase. This was also discovered by Habakkuk in chapter 3 verse 17-19, let’s read what it says;
17 Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
18 YET I WILL REJOICE IN THE LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
19 The Lord God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places.
What am I saying to you this morning is that, when things happened the way you did not expect, it is not time to cry, not time to weep and wail, it is not the time to murmur and grumble, No. Rather, it is time for you to arise on your feet and give to God a quality praise and worship. By the praise and worship of Paul and Silas they were supernatural delivered from the prison and plans of elders of the people. As you follow the same pattern, you shall experience the same blessings and miracles in Jesus name. Stop weeping and start praising, have a blessed week.
Prayer Point: Just lift your hands to the air and say father I thank you for situation of things around me, I may not know What, but one thing am sure off, is that you will not allow the Devil to hijack things, everything in my life shall turn to testimonies for me in Jesus name.
