Topic: HUMAN'S DEVICES VS DEVIL'S DEVICES
Bible Reading: Proverb 19:21, 2 Corinthians 2:11.
Many times believers lost battle in life, over several issues, spiritual, financial, marital, academic, etc. Because they try to fight the devil with the weapons devil has mastered, so for every step they take to fight him, he comes up in a more suphifisticated way to defeat them, not because devil is all that powerful but because they fight with strategy the devil has mastered. They fight the devil with human strategies. There is nothing naturally that anyone can use as a man, it will never match that of the devils. He is in operation room of the worldly system. Proverb 19:21 says that there are many DEVICES in man. Paul in 2 Corinthians 2:11 also revealed to us that what devil use against man is DEVICES. So man has what the devil has been using for thousand of years now, there is no way you can defeat him using human devices. In Mark 8:32-33; Jesus rebuked Satan in Peter and said, you are not thinking like God but like man. Though, Peter was thinking like man, yet Jesus never rebuked Peter but Satan, why? Because whatever a man think is equal to what devil wants, so far that thought does not have its sources in God. Therefore, stop using your own effort to deal with problems of life, human devices will not help you, only the power and wisdom of God can deal with anything that devil is bringing.
Prayer Point: Pray to God to surrender your will, thought, mind, decision to him, for the Spirit of God to take hold of, to work through to fight for you and get victory to you.
