Bible Reading: Isaiah 60:1-2, Psalm 119:105,130.
Arise shine, says Isaiah the prophet by the Holy Ghost. This means shinning is automatic, when you arise and the glory of God appear on you. But the appearance of the glory of God in our lives, is connected to the light that we have caught through God's word. What exactly is the light? That is the revelation of God's word. David said in Psalm 119:105&130, that the word of God is light unto our path, and much more the entrance of that word into our heart is what produces light. It's possible to to hear the word and yet don't understand it, Jesus quoted Isaiah saying; in hearing they shall hear but they will not understand. Matt.13:14. Hearing of God's word does not guarantee light in your life, It's the word of God that you hear, that enters your heart, you understand and you practice, that produces light in, and this resulted in the appearance of God's glory in our lives. I therefore, urge that you should not be the hearer of these word only but be sure that you understand it and you have catch revelation of God's word, and pay the price to do it, because until there is information, there can't be revelation and if there is no revelation, there can't be reformation and transformation. May the glory of God takes over in your life in Jesus name.
Prayer Points: May The Lord connect you to the light of His word, that will bring the glory of God to your life. And may you receive grace to take responsibility to catch up with the light that God is bringing to you, in Jesus name.
