Topic: RIGHTEOUSNESS EXALT
Bible Reading: Prov. 14:35, Gen.25:22-23.
The problems of man started with sin, when Satan entered the Garden of Eden, he decieved Eve, and Adam agreed to yield to the deceptions of Satan, and it became sin to them and sin brought death. Death is the stopping point of anything good, so death of prosperity is poverty, death of health is sickness, death of peace is trouble, death of success is failure etc. Since death was brought in by sin, if you want death to go, send sins away.
Therefore, if we can deal with sins in our nation, then we can deal with Evil, and after that our nation will rise. That's why the scriptures said RIGHTEOUSNESS EXALT BUT SIN WILL BRING REPROACH.
But when scripture says 'a nation' is it just talking of 150 million of people of Nigeria? No. But it's talking of you as an individual.
The Lord said unto Rebecah in Genesis 25:23-24, she was having discomfort in her belly during pregnancy, then she decided to pray to God to enquire, and the Lord said, TWO NATIONS are in your womb. He didn't say two people, but two nations, so He is referring to each of the twins to be a nation. Therefore, for a nation to rise it starts with an individual. The Lord said through you all the nations of the earth shall be blessed.
A nation rises or collapse in the power of individual contributions. So what are you contributing to the progress or the down fall of the nation. What you contribute is what you will harvest from the nation. Make up your mind today to contribute something positive to make your nation great wherever you are, let every Nigerian contribute things that will make our nation great, let's keep hope alive, Nigeria will rise again in the mighty name of Jesus.
