Topic: I WILL DO NEW THINGS.
Bible Reading: Isaiah 43:18-21, 60:1-3.
I want to congratulate you for the mercy of God you have found that has brought you into this new year 2021. Many want to but the opportunity was not given to them, so I praise God for your life.
I have this word from the Lord to admonish you from Isaiah 43:18-19, as you enter new year. It says;
Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
2020 is over, gone into history forever, a new year as come. No matter what the year has been to you either a very wonderful year, or a more devastating year, that year is gone forever. But the problem of many is that even though 2020 is gone, but they will not let it go. They will still hold on to their failures, difficulties, frustration, defeat of that year, and thereby, they will not be able to concentrate on what God has planned for them for 2021, to learn how to walk through it and make it worth living year for themselves.
Now that God has brought them out into a new year, the instruction of God to them this new year is REMEMBERED NOT AGAIN THE FORMER THINGS, NOR CONSIDER THE THINGS OF OLD. Rather concentrate on the new things and begin to view NEW THINGS that is about to do. Behold success not failure, prosperity not poverty, glory not shame, lifting not downcast, breakthroughs not breaking down. What do you expect the Lord to do in this new year in your life, that is what you should begin to imagine, think on, and keep working on that. Forget whatever has happened to you in 2020, God has something New, more glorious and marvellous for you in 2021. Hold on to his promises to you, no matter the darkness in your surroundings or around the world this new year, as you hold on to his promises for you, which is your own light in 2021, you shall surely ARISE TO SHINE in 2021 in Jesus name. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU.
