DAILY PRECEPTS DEVOTIONAL STUDY
Topic: START SMALL, AND END BIG.
Bible Reading: Isaiah 53:1-3, Ephesians 4:8-10, Job 8:7.The birth of our Lord Jesus, is a great lesson for us that you can start small but end big. Isaiah prophesied his birth and purpose behind it, in verse 2 of Isaiah 53, he said
"he shall grow up like a tender plant and as a root in a dry ground."
Anyone who has knowledge of farming knows a plant on dry ground does not stand a chance for survival. Imagine a pathway where people walked on always, the ground there is so dry and hard, to plant your beans or maize on that kind of ground, will be too difficult for such a plant to grow, if at all it tried to come out you can be sure it will not survive eventually.
Yet, that is the best example that was considered to be used to describe the birth of Jesus Christ. He grow like a tender plant in a dry ground. His conception was miraculous, the mother was never impregnate by any man, when he was to be born, there was no space for him in the hospital, though, he was the creator and owner of the world, so he was born in a manger, in an open space in a harsh weather, he was raised as a son of a carpenter. Despite all these hardship in his background, yet he became the savior of the human kind in all over the world. The scripture says there is no salvation in any other, except in Jesus Christ. He is the only one who can offer man kind salvation, healing, deliverances, the one whose birth was that terrible.
I want you to learn this great lesson from the birth of Jesus Christ, that no matter how hard or bad you started in life, you can end it so great. Do not allow your beginning to hinder you rather let it fire you into greatness. It is not a sin nor your fault to start small but you must be sure you do not end it small. Though, your beginning was small but your later end should greatly increase. I bring you a word of comfort that it will not end like this, something greater is coming to you, you are going somewhere great. The Lord bless you in Jesus Name.
Prayer Points: Pray that God will help you and give you grace to pay attention on things that matters, and be more focused on purpose and destiny in life, and not on your problems.

His birth was so low, yet when he ended his adventure on the earth so high, that there is no name beside his own all over the world.
"FOR GOD HAS HIGHLY EXALTED HIM that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow". Phil.2:9.
Ephesians 4:8-10, said "he who ascended so high but first of all he descended so low."
