Bible Reading: 1Kings 22:3.
"And the king of Israel said to his servants, "DO YOU KNOW that Ramoth-gilead belongs to us, AND WE KEEP QUIET and do not take it out of the hand of the king of Syria?".(ESV).
There are many things that are yours from God, blessings that are yours, healings that are yours, prosperity, victory, good marriage, favor that are yours, the list is endless. But you never discover they are yours, and until you discover what is yours, you won't fight for it. Discovery always leads to recovery. That is why God gave us the Holy Spirit to help us to know things that are freely given to us by God, He also gave us the scriptures, these are God's promises for us.
And it is your responsibility as a child of God to find out things that God has given you, and so you can stop Satan from taking them away from you. When things go wrong in the lives of many children of God, they explain it away, by given it natural reasons why it is normal for things to have happened the way it does.
When they have crisis financially, they blame it on general economy crash. When they are sick they blame it on change of weather. When they loose contracts or admissions they say it is because many people bid for it.
So, they never fight for anything, because they never discovered that God has given them the blessings, they never fight for thier health, they never fight for their finance, they never fight for thier rights as promised them by God.
And the Devil kept on robbing them of what belong to them, and keeping them away from their inheritances in God. But I want to challenge you today to sit down with the word of God, by the help of the Holy Spirit to find out the things God has freely given to you, spiritually, maritally, financially, academically, and in health, etc. Begin to know them, believe them for yourself, then pursue to take what is yours. Take a good fight of faith against the Devil so that he will not cheat you any more. May you be ready to discover and take back, things that are yours in God in Jesus name.
Prayer Points: Pray that God will release on you the will power to take back the things that are yours from God, in Jesus name.
