Bible Reading: 1 Corinthians 10:1-4, Psalm 23:6.
There is a word the Holy Spirit told me years ago, and has become a popular saying in our assembly now, that "life is not natural is spiritual, so live it spiritually." This statement may look simple but very loaded, and this has been a watch word. The things happening physically has a spiritual back up. The scripture says the things we see comes out of the things we don't see. Heb.11:3b. Only God knows what Job was doing on the earth when Satan visited heaven to demand for the trials of Job that led to his calamity began. By the revelation of the spirit through the scripture we were made to know the spiritual background of what happened to Job. So what a man experience on the earth positively or negatively has its root in the spirit believe it or not.
From the experience of the Israelites in the wilderness there was a rock showing up for their assistance constantly on their journey, I believe the Israelites themselves thought it was a natural rock and a different rock in different locations.
But the scripture revealed it to us that the rock was SPIRITUAL not natural, and rock was FOLLOWING them where ever they go not different. Then, I realized everyone need to become aware of what exactly is it that is following them, because what follows a man will determine the happenings around him/her, the life experience and result. There are vehicles that has passed a place where there is a pot holes, until a certain car passed and entered the same pot hole and then car tumbled. For all other vehicles that was a pot holes on the high way but for the car that tumbled by the pot holes, that pot holes is the spirit of death following them. You need to become conscious of the constant happenings around your life, because it is the manifestation of the spirit that is following you. The word of the Lord says goodness and mercy shall follow you. I declare the judgement of God against every wrong spirit following you you in Jesus name. So change the spirits that follow.
Prayer Points: Pray for spirit of revelation to know the spirit around your life, and bind the negative spirit influencing you negatively, and strength the spirit working with you and for you.
