IGNORANT DESTROYS

Topic: IGNORANT DESTROYS.

Bible Reading: Ephesian 1:17-19, 4:17-18, 2 Corinthians 4:4.
To explain the study of today, the Holy Spirit gave me two examples. First is to imagine a blind man in a large warehouse, with only one entrance leading to it, and the hall is flooded with light, and is full of all kinds of good things of life. What benefit will it be to him, though present in the warehouse, but because he is blind he can't behold the good things that are loaded in the warehouse.
Secondly, imagine another man with his two eyes wide open in a large warehouse, the warehouse fully loaded with all kinds of good things, but the light in the warehouse is switched off. What benefit will it be to him when light is off in the warehouse, though, his eyes are wide open, but there's no light to enlighten it.

I believe you agreed with me that the two men will suffer the same fate in the warehouse, though, one is blind, while the second man is not blind. For the blind man the light is useless without eyes to see what the light is lightened, and for the second man, eyes is useless when there is no light to enlighten it.

The first man that is blind represent an unbeliever, who has not given his or her life to Jesus Christ, for the scripture says,
2 Corinthians 4:4 "In whom the God of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them."
So, anyone that has not believe in the gospel is blind, though, he/she might be going to Church regularly, carrying bible around, praying on mountains and valleys, until the eyes of the spirit of such men are open, the things of the kingdom and kingdom practices will never be a benefit to him/her.

The second man with eyes wide open but no light to enlighten it, represents a believer that is ignorant of the knowledge of the truth of God. And this is not just head knowledge, but the revelation of the truth. The scripture says,
Ephesians 4:18 "Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:"

The experience of a man who is born again but lack the correct and accurate knowledge of God's word, is as the same with the one who is not born again, the two of them are alienated, estranged, isolated, separated from the life that is flowing from God, blessings from God, healing from God, breakthrough from God, victory from God, the list is endless.
The only difference between the two group is that, an unbeliever is cut off from the life of God because he is not born of God. A believer that is a born again child of God but is ignorant of the kingdom knowledge, has cut himself or herself from that life of God, because he/she did not seek knowledge of it.
Whichever category you fall into, do something about it today, to bring yourself to the knowledge of God, so as to be connected to the life and good things that are flowing from God. I pray that you will hate ignorance of God's knowledge and be connected to wisdom of God in Jesus name.
Prayer Points: Pray that God will do whatever he has to do help you break the yoke of ignorance in your life, and pray for the baptism of the spirit of wisdom and revelation in your life in Jesus name.
